Commercial Solicitor & Director

Bio: Stuart is a Solicitor of more than 20 years post qualification experience and practice law in the digital environment, following the development of business in the digital environment for all of those years with considerable interest. He has hands-on experience of the legal and business issues that arise in a number of different business models, such as social and business networking, internet TV, e-commerce and providers of educational services.

Adam Penn

Private Client Solicitor & Director (TEP)

Bio: Adam is a qualified member of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He is also a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and an accredited Dementia Friend. In his spare time, Adam can be found walking coastal paths, watching live sport and attending music festivals.

Charlotte Taylor

Private Client Solicitor (TEP)

Bio: Solicitor Charlotte is an expert in complex estate administration and vulnerable persons trusts. She is a fully qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner and has over a decade’s experience in this area of law. She is also skilled at advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts alongside her estate administration work. Away from the office, Charlotte loves to spend time with her husband and three young children.

Nivashia Vigneswaran

Associate – Private Client Department

Bio: Nivashia is a trained Barrister and joined Four Oaks Legal Services in July 2024 to strengthen our Wills, Probate and Trusts team after spending six years at a law firm in the Black Country. She has many years’ experience with estate administration and Wills. In her spare time, Nivashia can be found spending time with her young family or on a badminton court.

Tracey Edridge

Office Manager

Bio: Office Manager Tracey manages all aspects of the admin function here at Four Oaks Legal Services, providing assistance and support to both Directors along with recruitment, facilities management and HR responsibilities. A highly experienced legal secretary and a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Secretaries and PAs, Tracey has a wealth of knowledge in private client work. In Tracey’s spare time she is usually found walking her two dogs. She recently retired as a Senior Officer in the Sea Ranger Association having run the unit for several years, she remains an advocate for youth services and activities.
